Modernism in the sky.

PROJECT: Residential - Private Client

Situated on the shores of Biscayne Bay in Edgewater, this 57-story tower condo is the epitome of an ultra-luxury Miami residence. The broad strokes of this luxurious space include private elevator entry, an expansive open format layout with 10’ ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and two oversized terraces with stunning panoramic views! So, with that what the heck do put inside? Well, let's start with a touch of ultra-modern, add some incredible art and just a dash of Brutalist whimsy. The undeniable and enticing views were the backdrop and incentive for the interiors.
Working off of the myriad of colors and hues of the varying sky & skyline during the course of a day our palette presented itself gloriously. We focused on the stunning & breathtaking copper, greys, and deep blues of the eve sky for the main space. The bedrooms all have a unique and comfortable feel that transition from day to night. The two terraces are notably distinct in view & vibe - one with the expansive bay view and the other with the vibrant city view - we catered to each with a selection of modern and comfortable outdoor pieces to create a spa-like look & feel.
We created the backdrop of each room with signature & custom wall installations ranging from crystal & LED wallcovering to hand-made ceramics, stone, glass, and metal tiles. Custom hand-made lighting fixtures and seamless flush-mounted LED ceiling lights control the atmosphere and help to create the perfect mood. By design, we wanted to create a comfortable and modern living space with an industrial backdrop to match the client's existing art collection and Brutalist taste. We incorporated poured concrete, blackened steel, stone, and resin and kept things minimal and layered to achieve this.
